What we inspect
Every inspection follows strict Washington State Standards of Practice (WAC 308-408C). Our visual evaluation covers all readily accessible elements:
- Infrared scan of ceiling planes beneath bathrooms and roofs to locate moisture intrusion
- Thermal evaluation of exterior wall assemblies to detect missing or slumped insulation
- Electrical service panel infrared check for overloaded breakers or loose high-resistance lugs
- Radiant floor heating loop verification for operational continuity and leaks
- Electronic pinless moisture meter confirmation on any suspicious thermal signatures
