Meet Zachary Bradley, founder and lead inspector
Zach founded Just In Time Inspections to give buyers and sellers the kind of inspection experience he would want for his own family: thorough, honest, and easy to understand.
A close look at property condition runs in the family. Zach's father worked as a real estate appraiser, and his uncle worked as both an appraiser and an agent, so he grew up around the same questions he now answers for clients every day: what's really going on with this house, and what does it mean for the people buying or selling it.
Zach served 17 years in the United States Army and Washington Army National Guard before building JIT into a family-centered Southwest Washington business. That background shows up in how he works: a disciplined process, careful attention to detail, and calm, steady communication on every inspection.
A 10-year Washington resident, Zach is also a homeowner and father in Lewis County, where he and his family keep horses, cattle, and chickens on their own property. He's not just inspecting homes in this community, he's raising his family in it.
Whether he is inspecting a first-time buyer's home or helping a seller prepare for market, the goal stays the same: give clients the information they need to move forward with confidence.
